• Account information provided to us when you create a Turbo Last Mile account such as your email address, name, and picture.
• Information about your use of Turbo Last Mile, such as your IP address, device details (e.g., operating system and browser), preferences, and interaction behavior including mouse clicks and button presses.
• Information provided during job creation in Turbo Last Mile, including pickup and drop-off addresses, customer contact information, and job descriptions.
• Location data when using the Turbo Last Mile Driver App, to offer nearby job opportunities and assist with dispatching.

How we collect information about you

• Provided by you – When you interact with Turbo Last Mile, such as creating jobs or completing deliveries, we may collect information through forms or in-app activity.
• From other users – Other users may provide your information, such as name, email address, or street address, when creating jobs.
• Automatically – Certain information is collected automatically during your use of Turbo Last Mile, including app interactions and usage behavior.

How we use information collected about you

• We use your information to:
  • Provide and operate Turbo Last Mile services as described in our terms of service
  • Communicate with you about job activity, new features, and support requests.
  • Offer you the most relevant jobs based on your current location (for drivers).
  • Improve our services by analyzing how users interact with Turbo Last Mile.
  • Send you important notifications, such as delivery updates or driver arrival alerts.
  • Support internal research and feature development using aggregated data.
• We process the above information under the following circumstances:
  • When you have given your consent.
  • To perform services you have requested or to respond to your communications.
  • When we have a legitimate interest to operate, maintain, and improve our platform.

Access to your information

• You can request a copy of all information we hold about you by sending a request to info@turbolastmile.com
• Opt out
• Email communications
  • If you no longer wish to receive emails from us you can use the unsubscribe button located at the bottom of the email.
• Mobile devices
  • We send you push notifications when new jobs become available. You can opt out by changing the push notification settings onyour device.
  • We collect location information automatically while you use Turbo Last Mile driver. You can opt out by changing the location settings on your mobile device. Note you will no longer be able to receive automatically dispatched jobs after disabling locationdata.
• Web browser
  • We store some information and preferences on your device using local storage and cookies. You can opt out by adjusting your webbrowsers settings.
  • You can opt out of Amplitude, Inspectlet, and Google Analytics tracking by visiting the following links. Note as opting out uses cookies you will need to opt out on each device you use.

  • You may inform us if you don’t wish your data to be included in any anonymised data sets for research and developmentactivities
